Job Details

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing, clinician-focused organization providing high-quality ABA services to children and families. This role offers a balanced mix of clinical work, collaboration, and opportunities to grow into leadership over time.

This is an ideal opportunity for a BCBA who is passionate about delivering meaningful outcomes while also looking to expand their impact through mentorship, program development, and clinical leadership.

What You’ll Do
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Oversee and support RBTs through ongoing supervision, training, and mentorship
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on data and outcomes
Provide parent/caregiver training to ensure consistency and long-term success
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with BACB standards
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinical environment
What We’re Looking For
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Experience supervising RBTs and managing a clinical caseload
Strong understanding of ABA principles, assessments, and treatment planning
Passion for delivering high-quality, ethical care
Excellent communication and leadership potential
Interest in mentorship, program development, or future leadership opportunities
