We're hiring a passionate, team-oriented Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our expanding clinical team in providing ABA therapy.
Compensation includes up to $80/hour, flat-rate pay for all tasks, flexible hours, benefits at 32+ hours per week, and a $300 annual professional development reimbursement.
Responsibilities involve overseeing clinical services, ensuring policy compliance, enhancing training programs, collaborating on growth initiatives, maintaining community presence, and creating training curriculums.
Requirements include a minimum of 2 years as a BCBA, 3 years of supervisory experience, strong leadership, behavior analytic expertise, and community involvement.
Additional skills involve effective communication, report writing, project management, and the ability to work independently or in teams.
License needed: BCBA or BCaBA; willingness to obtain additional credentials if required.
