We are seeking passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our Learning Centers.
Responsibilities include supervising RBTs, developing and modifying individualized ABA behavior plans, conducting assessments, and providing parent training.
The role involves maintaining client progress, participating in team meetings, and supporting clinical needs with a minimum of 28 hours weekly.
Supervisory duties include mentoring RBTs, conducting competencies, and reviewing session notes.
Qualifications: BCBA certification, Master's in related field, experience in supervision preferred, and adherence to ethical standards.
Physical requirements include the ability to respond to client behaviors and move up to 50 pounds.
