Salary

• Pay Range: $89,590 - $142,587 Annually
• Addl Salary Info: 2026-2027 Salary Schedule will reflect 2.5% increase. Pay dependent on experience. Up to 10 years outside experience given on salary schedule.
• MA Stipend: $1,200
• Doctorate Stipend: $1,500
• Length of Work Year: 195 days (2026-2027 school year)
• Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

Requirements / Qualifications

• BCBA certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in good standing.
• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Copy of College/University Transcripts (Unofficial copies are accepted with application submission).
• Certificate Copy BCBA certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Letter of Introduction.
• Letters of Recommendation (3 Letters current from 2023 or earlier).
• Resume.
• Other BCBA certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
