Job Description:
About the Role

Ro Health is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our school-based behavioral health team. This role primarily focuses on supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ensuring high-quality implementation of individualized behavior plans. You'll play a vital part in coaching, retraining, and supporting staff to help students effectively meet their behavioral goals.

Position Details
  • Location: San Diego County
  • Schedule: Part-Time (30 hours/week)
  • Pay: $50.00 per hour
  • Work Setting: In-person across multiple school sites
  • Paid mileage and drive time between school sites
Responsibilities
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and feedback to RBTs across assigned school sites
  • Conduct in-person and virtual supervision sessions as needed
  • Develop, review, and update Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) when requested by school districts
  • Participate in incident reporting, provider retraining, and behavioral data analysis
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and compliance
  • Assist in cohort support, training initiatives, and performance improvement efforts
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and Ro Health standards
Requirements
  • Active BCBA certification (required)
  • Completion of the 8-hour supervision training (required for RBT supervision)
  • Master's degree/Bachelor's Degree preferred or related course work
  • 5+ years of experience in special education, childcare, or ABA (preferred)
  • Reliable transportation with willingness to travel between school sites throughout San Diego County
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a school environment
