Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a school district in San Antonio for the 2026–2027 academic year. This full-time position offers a consistent school schedule and the opportunity to collaborate with educators and families to support student success.
Role Overview
In this position, you will develop and oversee behavior intervention strategies for students with diverse needs. You'll work closely with school staff to create structured, supportive learning environments that promote positive behavior.
Schedule & Setting

Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Provide staff training and behavioral support strategies
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
