Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Conveys findings and conclusions of work orally, in writing, visually, in presentations, and by developing graphical representations of the behavioral data, as appropriate to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences, including technical and nontechnical staff, stakeholders, and other members of the client's treatment team. Accesses ongoing training and professional development to maintain familiarity with current industry and academic research to apply the latest and most useful evidence-based intervention; in an effort to bring about a positive change.

What We Offer

Essential Job Functions

• Supervising RBTs/technicians via telehealth.

• Plans, designs, and implements behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

• Communicates effectively with a wide range of audiences.

• Conveys findings and conclusions of work orally, in writing, visually, in presentations, and by developing graphical representations of the behavioral data, as appropriate to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences, including technical and nontechnical staff, stakeholders, and other members of the client's treatment team.
  
  
• Provides collaborative insight, evidence-based suggestions, and clinical decision making skills when collaborating with outside service providers to further develop behavior intervention plans (BIP). 
  
  
• Culturally responsive.

• Accesses ongoing training and professional development to maintain familiarity with current industry and academic research to apply the latest and most useful evidence-based intervention; in an effort to bring about a positive change.
  
  
  

Requirements

• An active BCBA certification is mandatory. 

• At least 1 year of experience applying supervising BTs/RBTs.

• An Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.

This is a remote position.
