As a valued member of the team, you will manage a caseload of 10-15 students, focusing on behavior intervention and staff support across five classrooms. You will provide real-time, hands-on training to teachers and paraprofessionals, modeling effective applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and following up with clear, actionable guidance. Your leadership in reducing negative behaviors and promoting a positive, orderly environment will be key to student success.
Key Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification is required.
- Previous experience working in a school or with children and adolescents is highly desirable.
- Strong foundation in ABA strategies, data analysis, and behavior intervention planning.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and mentor school staff.
- Flexibility to provide classroom support during staff absences or shortages.
Responsibilities:- Deliver direct support and coaching to staff in classroom settings.
- Employ data-driven approaches to manage student behavior.
