We are looking for a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative team.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing supervision and guidance to RBTs and student analysts
- Developing and monitoring individualized behavior plans
- Conducting parent/caregiver training and progress reviews
- Analyzing data to inform treatment adjustments
- Collaborating with the clinical team to ensure quality ABA services
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- At least 1 year of clinical or supervisory experience (preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Passion for working with children and families
