Position Overview
The BCBA will provide clinical leadership and support to children and families within a clinic-based ABA setting. This role includes supervising behavior technicians, developing individualized treatment plans, mentoring clinical staff, and collaborating closely with the Clinical Director to ensure quality care and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans
Conduct behavioral assessments
Supervise and mentor behavior technicians
Support children, families, and clinical staff
Ensure quality ABA programming and data collection
Manage a caseload of approximately 10 clients
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain clinical excellence
Requirements
Active BCBA certification
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience working with children on the autism spectrum
Ability to manage clinical responsibilities effectively
CentralReach experience preferred
Passion for ABA therapy and family-centered care
