We are seeking a compassionate BCBA to join our team, focusing on delivering evidence-based ABA therapy with a trauma-informed, family-first approach.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with BCBA standards.
- Supervise and mentor RBTs, ensuring fidelity in program implementation.
- Monitor client progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with families and team members to provide cohesive support.
- Maintain ethical practices and stay current with industry guidelines.
Requirements: BCBA certification, Master’s in related field, strong ABA knowledge, excellent communication skills.
