Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The BCBA provides support to individuals and their families by coordinating and delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, conducting functional analyses and assessments, implementing behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and supporting adaptive life skills development. This role ensures interventions are effective, integrated, and compliant with all clinical, regulatory, and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities include adhering to and supporting all policies and procedures, providing necessary training for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and communicating expectations to parents, service providers, and funders. Follow all clinical policies, procedures, and guidelines. Communicate openly with the Program Manager regarding client needs, service delivery concerns, and other issues requiring attention. Collaborate with families and other service providers to enhance and integrate interventions within IEPs, ISPs, schools, and other medical or therapy programs; attend meetings as needed. Complete assessments and develop reports within designated timelines using the behavior plan template. Provide guidance to BCaBAs regarding responsibilities performed with each client. Attend all scheduled meetings at the Center, in person or online; communicate with the National Clinical Director if unable to attend. Provide oversight to RBTs on a 1:1 basis, working directly with clients in accordance with BACB, funding, and Center guidelines, including documentation requirements. Maintain documentation of services in compliance with funder requirements and submit reports within required timelines. Understand and adhere to external accreditation standards, state and federal regulations, and HIPAA requirements. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required qualifications include a Masters Degree in a relevant field, Board Certification as a BCBA (mandatory), minimum of 5 years of experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to train and guide RBTs, experience collaborating with families, interdisciplinary teams, and other service providers to implement integrated interventions, knowledge of HIPAA, state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards, competency with computers and online systems, time management, and organizational skills, and ability to work onsite 5 days per week.

Nice to have includes previous experience in clinical or educational settings supporting ABA interventions.
