Key responsibilities include conducting FBAs, developing and monitoring treatment plans, analyzing data, supervising staff, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with families and other providers.
Qualifications include a Master's degree in a related field, active BCBA certification, experience with FBAs and treatment planning, and strong leadership and communication skills.
