Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
  • Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
  • Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification and Texas state licensure (or eligibility)
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum (new graduates considered with strong training support)
