About Bright Start ABA:
We provide ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy for children on the autism spectrum and are looking for motivated, passionate, and dedicated BCBAs to join our growing team!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Oversee and monitor implementation of treatment plans to ensure clinical integrity
- Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs, BTs, and ABA Paraprofessionals
- Analyze data regularly to evaluate progress and make informed program adjustments
- Provide parent training to promote generalization and long-term success

WHAT TO BRING:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field required
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB required
- Experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings is a plus
- CPR Certification (preferably Red Cross)
- Strong clinical judgment, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently under multiple demands
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
