Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Salary: $110,000/year + $3,000 Sign-On Bonus

What You'll Do:
- Conduct functional assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland) and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Monitor data, adjust programming, and communicate progress with families.
- Deliver services in-clinic, in-home, and/or via telehealth.
- Collaborate with schools, physicians, and other providers.
- Maintain BACB ethics compliance and Michigan licensure standards.
Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB (required).
- Michigan state licensure as a Behavior Analyst (required).
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Experience working with children/adolescents with ASD.
- Strong family communication and team collaboration skills.
