- Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teams, families, and educators to support clients with autism and developmental disabilities.
- Provide training on behavior management and monitor client progress.
- Supervise clinical operations, mentor team members, and support quality care.
- Maintain records in compliance with HIPAA and stay current with research.
Qualifications: Valid BCBA certification, experience with autism, strong communication skills, and a compassionate approach.
