We are currently seeking a dedicated and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time opportunity supporting K-12 students across multiple school sites for the upcoming school year. Position Details
- Full-time position

- Multiple school sites within the district
- Contract position with strong support from district staff
- School year schedule with consistent weekly hours
Responsibilities - Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, administrators, and families
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings
- Write measurable behavioral goals and support IEP development
- Provide staff training and classroom behavior support strategies
- Analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions as needed
- Support students with a variety of behavioral and developmental needs
- Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal special education guidelines
Qualifications - Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB required
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel between school sites as needed
Compensation & Benefits - Competitive weekly pay: $55-$65+ per hour depending on experience
