Make an impact by supporting students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a dynamic school setting on a contract basis. Your expertise will guide educational teams and transform lives by developing effective behavioral strategies and interventions for students of varying needs.
Key Qualifications:
- Hold active BCBA certification
- Previous experience working with school-aged children or within educational settings is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data-driven intervention methods
- Excellent observational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
- Comfortable creating and presenting training for school staff
Primary Responsibilities:- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze student behavior data
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) aligned with student needs
- Provide ongoing consultation and hands-on support to teachers, support staff, and parents
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data analysis
- Document and report findings, interventions, and student progress in a timely manner
- Offer staff training on ABA methods, positive behavioral supports, and implementation fidelity
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning
