Are you looking for a BCBA position that allows you to focus on quality clinical care rather than unrealistic productivity expectations?
ABA Therapy Solutions is seeking passionate and ethical Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our experienced clinical team. This full-time position offers a maximum expectation of 25 billable hours per week, allowing time for supervision, parent training, treatment planning, collaboration, and high-quality clinical oversight.
Our BCBAs primarily work with children ages 2 through elementary school, providing services in our Early Intervention ABA Center in Palm City as well as our private school, ABA Learning Academy. Services would additionally be provided in homes and schools within Martin and St. Lucie Counties.
Whether you are an experienced BCBA or newly certified, you will receive mentorship and support from senior clinicians with more than 20 years of experience across home, school, community, and center-based ABA services.
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral and skills assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and training for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Conduct parent and caregiver training to promote treatment success across environments.
- Collaborate with teachers and interdisciplinary professionals.
- Analyze clinical data and make evidence-based treatment modifications.
- Maintain documentation and clinical records in compliance with BACB Ethics Code, Florida Medicaid, and commercial insurance requirements.
- Participate in team meetings and clinical collaboration including PDU in-service course development and Student Analyst mentorship.

Qualifications:
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
- Florida Medicaid provider enrollment or willingness to obtain credentialing.
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation for local travel.
- Ability to successfully pass a Level II background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
