Overview:

BlueSprig has a BCBA job opening in Elk GroveCalifornia Severe Behavior Center. As our Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you’ll lead a team of behavior technicians, build individualized intervention plans, and work with families and clinicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy. 

Practice at the Top of Your License 

Join BlueSprig’s Severe Behavior Center, where experienced clinical teams provide highly customized treatment for children presenting with complex and severe behaviors, including: 

  • Aggression 
  • Self-injury 
  • Elopement 
  • Pica 
  • Other high-risk behaviors 

 

This specialized setting is built for clinicians who want to make a meaningful impact while working with increased staff-to-client ratios, advanced safety protocols, and strong clinical collaboration. 

 

Total Annual Compensation: Up to $114,000 

  • Base Salary: $85,000 – $96,000 
  • Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000 – $18,000 (paid monthly) 
  • Sign On Bonus: $5,000–$20,000 (depending on start date and location)
