Schedule: Full-Time Monday - Friday (8 am - 4 pm) Setting: Center-Based Clinical Specialist

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative, center-based clinical team in Lakewood, Colorado. In this role, you will design and oversee evidence-based behavioral interventions for children and young adults with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. The BCBA will work closely with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), therapists, and families to ensure effective treatment implementation and positive client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and treatment programs
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations
  • Design skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs for early childhood and school-age clients
  • Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Administer and interpret behavioral assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland, EFL, and ESDM
  • Provide direct therapy services when necessary and support crisis intervention strategies
  • Train, supervise, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clinical staff
  • Conduct parent training sessions and collaborate with families to support treatment consistency
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and collaborate with educators, therapists, and healthcare professionals
  • Attend and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings when needed

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a BCBA
  • At least 3 years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in an ABA setting
  • Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing treatment plans
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
