A leading behavioral health organization in Colorado Springs is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its growing clinical team.
The successful candidate will provide ethical, evidence-based behavioral services while working collaboratively with children, families, and clinical staff. Services may be delivered in-center, in-home, and within community settings.
This role offers a supportive environment focused on trauma-informed care, professional growth, collaboration, and positive client outcomes.
Schedule: Monday through Friday.
Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
• Active BCBA Certification (Required)
• Master's Degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field
• Experience conducting behavioral assessments
• Experience developing and managing treatment plans
• Strong communication and family engagement skills
• Clinical supervision experience preferred
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Experience with Vineland, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and AFLS assessments is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
