This is a clinic-based role designed for BCBAs who value clinical integrity, collaboration, and work–life balance over high-volume billing models. We intentionally design productivity expectations to support ethical supervision, clinical quality, and clinician well-being-not maximize billing volume.

Our Warrensville Heights clinic is centrally located near Solon, Beachwood, and Shaker Heights with easy highway access and ample parking. We serve a diverse, engaged community and maintain a structured, professional clinic environment focused on safety, collaboration, and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs
  • Provide caregiver training and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Ensure clinical quality, ethical ABA practice, and documentation standards
  • Support clinic programming and clinical initiatives

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA and COBA
  • Experience with early learners
  • Strong clinical, leadership, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to ethical, family-centered ABA services

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $80,000–$90,000+ (commensurate with experience and schedule)
