Blue Bird Day, a leading specialized intensive pediatric therapeutic day program, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate clinic-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL. This is an opportunity to provide clinic-based, play-focused ABA therapy in a collaborative, innovative environment designed to help children thrive.
As a BCBAat Blue Bird Day, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2-7 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:
Developing individualized and group therapy treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
Providing caregiver education and family support
Supervising and mentoring RBTs during ABA therapy sessions
Collaborating daily with occupational, physical, speech therapists, and social workers
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Total Compensation: $98,000-113,000 which includes:
$7,500 Sign-On Bonus
Base Salary: $74,000-$85,000
