QUALIFICATIONS

Active BCBA certification; OR
Active BCaBA certification; OR
Active RBT certification and current enrollment in a graduate program pursuing BCBA certification.
Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement and support individualized behavior intervention plans.
Conduct behavioral assessments and collect accurate client data.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and HIPAA regulations.
Support skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily living activities.
Participate in team meetings, supervision sessions, and ongoing professional development.
