Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to partner with a school district in the Austin area for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time opportunity offers a structured schedule and the ability to make a direct impact on student outcomes.
Position Overview
As a BCBA, you will design and oversee behavior intervention strategies that support students with diverse needs. You'll collaborate with educators, staff, and families to create positive and effective learning environments.
Schedule & Setting
Monday–Friday school-based hours
No evenings or weekends

Qualifications
Active BCBA certification
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Provide training and support to school staff
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
