Seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Learning Centers, providing supervision to RBTs, developing and adjusting individualized behavior plans, conducting assessments, and ensuring treatment effectiveness.
Responsibilities include staff training, data review, client assessments, parent education, and clinical support. Supervisory duties involve mentoring RBTs, conducting competencies, and reviewing session notes.
Qualifications include a Master's degree in a related field, BCBA certification, and experience in supervision preferred. Must adhere to ethical standards, have reliable transportation, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Physical requirements involve responding to client behaviors, mobility, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
