Westlake Charter School is seeking a dynamic, flexible, and innovative Behavior Specialist / Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support the academic and social-emotional needs of students. Westlake Charter School is a public school in the Natomas area of Sacramento. Our vision is to encourage global-mindedness and develop students as joyful, life-long learners through our full inclusion program. Our K-12 organization serves 1,500 students across our K-8 and 9-12 campuses. We're looking for individuals who are: - Plan, organize, direct and coordinate as needed - Prepare clear and concise reports and communications - Analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions and implement recommendations in support of goals - Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing - Make sound decisions based on observation and analysis - Collaborate with others - Utilize technology effectively - Demonstrate maturity, humility, can-do attitude, strong work ethic, and sense of humor Please attach the following materials when applying: 1.
