As a BCaBA, you will
- Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy to clients with autism and developmental disabilities
- Train and supervise behavior technicians
- Collaborate with families and team members
- Monitor client progress and maintain data
- Participate in team meetings and professional development
Qualifications include BCaBA certification, strong ABA knowledge, and experience working with individuals with disabilities.
