What You'll Do:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise BTs/RBTs and support families with caregiver training
- Collaborate with clinical staff to enhance outcomes
Requirements:
- Active BCaBA and LBA credentials
- Experience working with individuals with autism
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and flexibility
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ABA data software experience preferred
- Ability to pass background checks, drug screen, and references
