We are seeking a compassionate BCaBA to join our team, working under a BCBA to implement behavior intervention plans, collect and analyze data, and support individuals with developmental disabilities, ASD, and behavioral challenges.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing individualized behavior plans as directed by the BCBA.
- Accurately collecting and analyzing client data and reporting findings.
- Providing training and support to parents and caregivers for consistent behavior strategies.
- Assisting with functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments under BCBA guidance.
- Maintaining thorough documentation and preparing progress reports.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications include current BCaBA certification, a bachelor's degree in relevant fields, and a commitment to evidence-based practices and client outcomes.
