Qualifications:
MUST be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Active Illinois BCBA license and/or passed boards
School-based or pediatric experience preferred- but training available if not
Role Overview: As a BCBA, you will work along with a multidisciplinary team to create programs for behavior reduction as well as skill acquisition with a student-centered outlook. This is the perfect position to grow in the field of behavior analysis and support individuals in a school-based setting. This role offers the opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development.
Lead and support RBTs in implementing effective strategies throughout the school day
Partner closely with teachers, paraprofessionals, school staff, and families to foster consistency and measurable progress
Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and supervision for RBTs
