Education

General Expectations

  • Devote himself/herself to insuring satisfaction to customers.
  • Determine management, production and quality requirements by asking questions and listening.
  • Attend company meetings as required.
  • Maintain a follow-up system that encourages follow through with assigned projects.
  • Establish personal performance goals that are consistent with company standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals.

Job - Specific Expectations

  • Retrieve due bills from finance daily
  • Review due bills for errors and reconcile with finance
  • Call client to schedule within 48 hours of purchase
  • Schedule due bill work with appropriate vendors
  • Follow due bill repair orders from start to finish
  • Follow up with clients within 48 hours of completion to verify satisfaction
  • Use our texting app
  • Answer service phone calls
  • Back up the loaner coordinator during lunch
  • Assist service consultants
  • Greet clients
  • Report to work with a positive attitude, on time and ready to work.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
  • Keeps work area neat and clean.

Compensation Range by Position:

The expected pay for this position is $20.00 per hour to $23.00 per hour and may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonuses or commissions.
