BMW of Peoria is seeking an experienced and driven Finance & Insurance Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Guide clients through the finance and vehicle protection process with professionalism and transparency
  • Present financing options, vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, and additional protection products
  • Partner with lenders to secure competitive financing solutions for customers
  • Structure deals while maximizing profitability and ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Work closely with the sales team to finalize transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Submit and monitor deal approvals and funding through lender systems
  • Maintain complete and compliant deal documentation
  • Ensure compliance with all dealership, manufacturer, state, and federal regulations
  • Deliver a premium customer experience that reflects the BMW brand
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of automotive dealership F&I experience preferred
  • Previous automotive sales or sales management experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to deliver a high-level customer experience
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to perform
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or GED required; college education preferred
