RESPONSIBILITIES

In this key leadership role, you will:

  • Ensure every client receives the exceptional, white-glove service that defines the Passport
  • BMW and BMW ownership experience
  • Lead, train, motivate, and coach a high-performing service team
  • Oversee all service operations and transactions while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency
  • Guarantee all maintenance and repairs are performed strictly in accordance with BMW factory guidelines and specifications
