Position: Blue River Career Programs is seeking to hire a qualified individual for our career coach position.
Salary: $33.50/hr. at 4 days a week

Job Description:
- Have a good understanding of Next Level Programs of Study standards
- Attend all instructor professional development on Wednesdays.
- Help with certification testing as needed
- Read classroom quizzes and tests as needed to students
- Point of contact for students, instructors, and employers
- Develop career development activities for students and instructors
- Community liason
- Work with specific program instructors to connect with community outreach for 2nd year students
- Coordinate and run BRCP career fairs
- Attend all BRCP advisory board meetings
- Facilitate meetings with instructors on program specific work-based learning embedded training plans
- Background in K-12 or higher education preferred but not required
- Other duties as assigned by the director
