Blue Mountain Administrator / CSV Engineer

  • Manage and maintain the RAM / CMMS software, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality
    <\/li>
  • Configure the RAM / CMMS to meet the specific needs of the facility, including asset management, work order tracking, and preventive maintenance scheduling
    <\/li>
  • Develop and oversee maintenance schedules for all facilities and equipment
    <\/li>
  • Prioritize and assign work orders to the maintenance team based on urgency and resource availability
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption to operations during maintenance activities
    <\/li>
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs
    <\/li>
  • Generate and analyze reports on maintenance performance metrics, such as downtime, response time, and work order completion rates
    <\/li>
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve maintenance processes and reduce operational costs

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Demonstrated experience administering Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Management software (RAM)
      <\/li>
    • Independently understanding client’s quality standards, cGMP’s, and regulatory standards
      <\/li>
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
      <\/li>
    • Proficiency using PC and Microsoft Office tools
      <\/li>
    • Outgoing personality with strong ability to communicate effectively with peers in clear, concise terms
      <\/li>
    • Ability to work as part of a team
      <\/li>
    • Strong problem -solving and critical thinking skills
      <\/li>
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
      <\/li>
    • Strong attention to detail
      <\/li>
    • GMP and Good Documentation Practice training (may be completed at onboarding)
      <\/li>
    • Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication capabilities
      <\/li>
    • Experience in GMP regulated environment
      <\/li>
    • Proven attention to detail and organization in project work

    • Capable of working on assigned tasks without mentorship
