Title: Blow Molding Technician Operator
Location: Manchester, PA 17345
Salary: $21.00 – $24.00/hour (+ $0.50/hour shift premium)
Hours: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (OT available)
Hire Type: Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and perform changeovers on extrusion and injection blow molding equipment
Start up, adjust, and operate production machines to ensure proper performance
Monitor production runs and make real-time adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
Troubleshoot equipment issues and support minor maintenance as needed
Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet specifications
Complete production documentation and track output and quality data
Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety procedures
Assist in training team members and provide coverage for breaks as needed

Qualifications:

2–5 years of blow molding experience required (must have hands-on setup and troubleshooting experience)
Experience working with extrusion or injection blow molding equipment
Ability to perform machine changeovers and adjust machine settings
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills
Experience in plastics or packaging manufacturing environment preferred
Basic computer skills and ability to complete production documentation
High school diploma or equivalent required

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Comfortable working around machinery, heat, and production floor conditions
Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with noise and moving equipment
