We are seeking an experienced Blow Mold Supervisor to lead molding operations at our Leominster facility. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving ensure production flows and quality standards are being met.

Job Details
  • Lead, coach, and develop production employees within the blow molding department
  • Drive daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals are achieved
  • Monitor blow molding equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high standards for product quality and customer satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency
  • Analyze production metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Partner with maintenance, quality, and operations teams to optimize manufacturing performance
  • Maintain compliance with all safety policies, OSHA regulations, and company procedures
  • Conduct employee training, performance evaluations, and ongoing coaching
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence
  • Support lean manufacturing initiatives focused on waste reduction, process improvement, and cost savings
  • Assist with staffing, scheduling, workforce planning, and employee engagement activities

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Previous experience in blow molding, plastics manufacturing, injection molding, extrusion, packaging, or related production operations strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and production scheduling
  • Experience leading teams and driving employee performance
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot production challenges and improve operational efficiency
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis methodologies
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems
