We are currently expanding our field sales team and are looking for Fiber Sales Representatives who are motivated to help bring high-speed internet solutions to communities.

This role is ideal for individuals who are competitive, coachable, and eager to develop a career in telecommunications sales and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Fiber Internet Sales & Customer Acquisition

• Promote and sell fiber broadband and telecommunications services directly to residential and small business customers
• Introduce customers to high-speed fiber internet plans, bundles, and promotional offers
• Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable internet service packages
• Explain the benefits of fiber connectivity including speed, reliability, and streaming/gaming performance
• Drive new customer sign-ups and completed service applications

Field Sales & Territory Campaigns

• Participate in blitz-style sales campaigns within assigned territories where fiber services are available
• Conduct door-to-door outreach and community engagement within designated service areas
• Approach potential customers professionally and confidently
• Generate leads and convert them into new fiber internet subscribers
• Assist customers through the registration or application process

Customer Education & Product Knowledge

• Act as a knowledgeable representative for telecommunications services
• Clearly explain fiber internet features, installation process, and service activation
• Educate customers on available plans, speeds, pricing, and promotions
• Address customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally
• Build trust and rapport with potential subscribers

Sales Performance & Target Achievement

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Track personal sales performance and conversion rates
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed applications
• Work closely with team leaders to improve sales performance

Team Collaboration

• Work within a high-energy sales team during campaign deployments
• Participate in daily briefings and strategy sessions
• Support teammates in achieving collective sales targets
• Maintain a positive and professional team environment

Training & Career Development

• Participate in ongoing training on fiber products and sales techniques
• Learn proven customer acquisition strategies used in telecom field sales
• Develop communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Gain access to Golden Door-level training systems and mentorship
• High performers may advance into Team Leader, Campaign Manager, or Sales Management roles
• Access to 10+ ISP opportunities across multiple campaigns

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

• Telecommunications or internet service sales
• Door-to-door or field sales
• Retail sales or customer service
• Brand ambassador or promotional marketing
• Hospitality or customer-facing roles

Training is provided for motivated candidates who are willing to learn and perform.

Compensation & Benefits
