We are currently hiring a Blender / Production Operator for a full-time, long-term opportunity in Payson. This position is ideal for someone with manufacturing experience who enjoys staying active, following processes, and working in a clean production environment.

This role plays an important part in producing high-quality nutraceutical products by accurately weighing, blending, and preparing materials according to production instructions.

Job Duties

• Weigh and blend raw materials according to batch instructions
• Operate blending equipment and production machinery
• Follow batch records and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Complete production documentation and cleaning logs accurately
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
• Maintain an organized and safe work environment
• Work closely with production leads and team members to keep production moving efficiently

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Experience in food production, nutraceuticals, or pharmaceuticals is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable following written instructions and procedures
• English speaking required
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
