They perform preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and support energy management efforts to maximize efficiency. The role involves inspecting systems like fire alarms and HVAC, ensuring environmental conditions meet standards, and adhering to safety protocols for hazardous materials.
The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of related experience, relevant certifications, physical ability to perform duties, strong organizational and mathematical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. They will lead by example, share expertise, and collaborate across teams.
