The Cedarburg School District seeks a highly dedicated Special Education teacher for the 2026-27 school year. The position is currently listed Birth-Grade 3 Early Childhood Special Education Teacher with the specific assignment and building/s to be determined following the district staffing process.
Applicants must be committed to continuous improvement and skilled at establishing positive relationships with students and colleagues. Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills are required. The ability to differentiate instruction to optimize learning is necessary. The ability to help students master and apply mathematical reasoning and literacy skills is highly desired. Applicants must be skilled at using formative assessment data to guide instruction and foster student-ownership for learning.

The ideal candidate for this teaching position will be a certified special education teacher, with preference to candidates who also possess the 1809 Early Childhood-Special Education certification.
