Our client, a leading organization in the biotech manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Validation Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a vital member of the Validation Department supporting manufacturing and quality assurance teams, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a commitment to excellence, aligning successfully within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Job Title: Staff Validation Engineer

Location: Greenville, NC- 100% onsite

Pay Range: $80 to $90 p/h on W-2
Duration: 12 month contract


What's the Job?

  • Independently manage validation activities, including overseeing validation engineers and consultants, ensuring project milestones are met efficiently.
  • Develop and execute validation master plans, protocols, and procedures based on risk assessments and industry best practices.
  • Analyze validation data to confirm systems and processes meet all required specifications and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate validation testing and resolve any deviations or nonconformities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and scale-up initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
What's Needed?
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Engineering, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences.
  • 11-15 years of experience in biotech manufacturing, quality assurance, engineering, or validation roles.
  • Thorough understanding of validation processes, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Proficiency in developing validation strategies, protocols, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to lead teams and coordinate across departments.
