Job Details

BIM Manager - Remote
We are seeking a BIM Manager to establish, lead, and continuously improve our BIM program, standards, and digital project delivery processes.
The ideal candidate understands not only Revit, but also how large multidisciplinary engineering projects are planned, coordinated, documented, and delivered. The BIM Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving BIM standards, Revit environments, model coordination procedures, project setup methodologies, and digital production workflows. This is the first dedicated BIM leadership position within National Division and will play a foundational role in developing the firm's BIM program from the ground up.

This individual will create and implement standards, templates, libraries, workflows, BIM execution plans, quality control procedures, and coordination processes that support consistent project delivery across all engineering disciplines. The BIM Manager serves as primary technical resource for BIM strategy and execution, supporting Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Process engineering teams nationwide. This individual must be capable of evaluating complex projects and determining the most effective model structure, consultant integration strategy, work-sharing environment, file organization approach, and coordination workflow to support successful project execution.

Qualifications
– 8+ years of BIM, Revit, or digital modeling experience.
– Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
– Experience supporting Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Process engineering projects.
– Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BIM Collaborate Pro.
– Experience with Navisworks and clash detection workflows.
– Experience developing BIM standards, templates, workflows, or BIM programs from the ground up.
– Experience developing BIM execution plans and coordination procedures.
– Experience managing large multidisciplinary project models.
– Experience coordinating with architects, structural engineers, civil engineers, contractors, and specialty consultants.
– Strong understanding of engineering production workflows and construction document development.
– Experience supporting fully remote project teams.
– Excellent communication and leadership skills.
– Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
– Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
