Overview:


Our client, a well-established architecture and engineering firm, is seeking a skilled and experienced BIM/CAD Design Technician to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, contractors, and vendors in delivering innovative projects. This role will drive consistency and ensure high-quality project delivery across a diverse portfolio, including office buildings, educational facilities, multifamily residences, hotels, restaurants, banks, retail spaces, and other high-profile developments. This full-time position is located in Vancouver, WA.


Pay range: $67,500 - $87,500

Responsibilities:


Develop and manage project-specific Autodesk Revit files across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines

Provide Autodesk Revit technical support to multidisciplinary studio team members throughout the project design process

Participate in QA/QC procedures to ensure project deliverables meet client and contractor requirements

Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment to develop, design, and model architectural, structural, and MEP systems using Autodesk Revit

Represent the design studio and specialized BIM/CAD discipline to support company standards and drive quality improvement


Requirements:


Associates degree (AA or AAS) in BIM/CAD or a closely related field from a recognized institution

Minimum of 5 years of relevant Autodesk Revit drafting and design experience in architecture, structural, or MEP systems; architectural experience is highly preferred but not required

Additional drafting and design experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
