Onsite - Legal Billing

We're seeking an experienced Billing Specialist to support high-volume billing operations in a fast-paced professional services environment. This role is ideal for someone who understands electronic billing.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare, review, and submit invoices monthly

  • Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines and deadlines

  • Manage invoice submissions through e-billing systems and portals

  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies, rejections, and appeals

  • Collaborate with internal teams on billing-related matters

What We're Looking For:

  • Hands-on electronic billing experience (required)

  • Strong knowledge of LEDES formats and e-billing platforms preferred

  • Experience in a law firm or similar professional firm highly preferred

  • Strong Excel and Word skills
