Billing Specialist

Job Title: Billing Specialist
Location: Sugar Land, Texas
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Contractor Work Model: Hybrid after first month
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8-5

Company Overview
An established personnel services company is looking to add two contract-to-hire Billing Specialists to their team in Sugarland, TX!

Focus includes:

• Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Review supporting documentation to ensure billing accuracy
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Communicate with customers regarding billing questions and account information
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems
• Assist with account reconciliations and reporting activities
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to support billing operations
• Ensure confidentiality of financial and customer information

Targeting candidates with:

• 2+ years of billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or related accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience working with accounting or ERP software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Compensation will be based on experience.
