Billing Specialist
Pay: $25–28/hr depending on experience
Location: Manchester, CT (fully on-site)
Type: On-site, Full-Time (8:00am – 4:30pm)

In partnership with a longstanding client, we are looking to hire a detail-oriented Billing Specialist in Manchester, CT. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate billing processes and supports strong customer relationships through close collaboration with the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and post bills, invoices, and receipts into accounting system

  • Ensure timely and accurate invoice creation and distribution

  • Manage the accounts receivable database, including adding new accounts and tracking missed payments

  • Verify the validity of debit accounts

  • Process and apply payments received from clients

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support and maintain customer relationships

Qualifications
  • 3+ years in accounts receivable or billing, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel and online billing platforms
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
